Richard S. Roberts, Jr. received a B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School.  He is a member of the bar of the State of New Jersey, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

 

Mr. Roberts is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and has over 20 years experience in preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign trademarks and patent applications in various chemical and mechanical technologies.
