The following professional services are available to clients:

 

1. Software Protection: Copyright applications are prepared which meet the requirements of the U.S. Library of Congress, Register of Copyrights.  In appropriate cases, patent protection is available for algorithms used in conjunction with processes and equipment.

 

2. Licensing: Agreements are negotiated and prepared for the licensed use of software both in and out. Source code escrow arrangements are made where required.

 

3. Mask Works: Federal protection for semiconductor chip encodings is available under the Semiconductor Chip Protection Act.  This protects proprietary three dimensional patterns of metallic, insulating and semiconducting materials on a semiconductor chip product.
