Richard S. Roberts

Richard S. Roberts received the degrees of Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and a Doctor of Laws, cum laude, from New York Law School.  He also received his LLM in Trial Advocacy from the Temple University School of Law.  Mr. Roberts is a member of the bars of the States of New Jersey and New York as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, District of New Jersey, and the Court of International Trade. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association National Panel of Arbitrators, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association.


Mr. Roberts is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and has over 40 years of experience in substantially all intellectual property areas.  He has extensive experience in intellectual property licensing, and the prosecution of U.S. trademarks and patent applications in various chemical, mechanical, and electrical technology areas.
