Marisa A. Roberts received a B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School.  She is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey, the State of Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia, as well as U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

 

Ms. Roberts is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. She has over 20 years of experience in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign trademarks and patent applications in various chemical and mechanical technology areas. 

 

Ms. Roberts currently serves as Chair of the Title 19 Voting Machine Examination Committee for the State of New Jersey.  She is member of the NJ Intellectual Property Law Association, the Princeton Bar Association, and has served as a Disaster Volunteer with the American Red Cross.
