Richard S. Roberts received the degrees of Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and a Doctor of Laws, cum laude, from New York Law School. He has an LLM in Trial Advocacy from the Temple University School of Law. He is a member of the bars of the States of New Jersey and New York as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, District of New Jersey, Court of International Trade and is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association National Panel of Arbitrators, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the New Jersey Intellectual Property Law Association.

Mr. Roberts is experienced in substantially all intellectual property areas and has extensive experience in intellectual property licensing, and the prosecution of patent applications in the chemical, mechanical and electrical arts.
