Marisa A. Roberts received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Delaware, and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School. She is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and the District of Columbia, as well as U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Ms. Roberts is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. She has experience in preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications in the chemical and mechanical arts. Ms. Roberts is also a member of the Mercer County Bar Association, and serves as a disaster volunteer for the American Red Cross.
